Ingredients
- 3cupsDark Chocolate Chips
- 1 1/3cupsSweetened Condensed Milk
- 1tspVanilla Extract
- 1/2cupMini Marshmallows
- 1cupWalnut
- as needed Nonstick Cooking Spray
How to make Chocolate Walnut Fudge
Prepare a 30x20 cm wide and 3-4 cm deep baking dish with nonstick cooking spray and parchment paper.
In a large, microwave-safe bowl, mix the dark chocolate chips with sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract. Heat in a microwave oven for 2-3 minutes or until everything is melted together.
Stir in the mini marshmallows until completely melted and combined.
Pour the chocolate mixture into the prepared pan and smooth it evenly into all the corners. Sprinkle the top with walnuts and press down slightly to ensure they stick to the fudge.
Chill in the fridge for a few hours or until completely set.
