- 1 1/2cupsPowdered Confectioners Sugar
- 1/3cupUnsweetened Cocoa Powder
- 1pinchSalt
- 1tspVanilla Extract
- 1/2cupChocolate Chips
- 1/3cupCrushed Hard Peppermint Candy
How to make Chocolate Peppermint Cookies
Heat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, add powdered confectioners sugar, unsweetened cocoa powder, egg whites, salt, and vanilla extract. Whisk until fully combined. Fold in chocolate chips.
Spoon tablespoon-sized amounts of batter onto the baking sheet.
Space cookies out by 3 inches each. Bake for 9 minutes.
Sprinkle each cookie with an even amount of crushed hard peppermint candy.
