  • 1cup
    Butter
  • 1/2cup
    Granulated Sugar
  • 2 1/2cups
    All-Purpose Flour

How to make Chocolate Dipped Shortbread Cookies

Prepare the Dough

  1. Whip butter and granulated sugar together until fluffy.

  2. Add all-purpose flour and mix until the dough is very crumbly.

Shape the Cookies

  1. Turn the dough out onto a floured surface.

  2. Knead until smooth, about a minute or two.
