    Spaghetti Squash
  • 2cups
    Chicken
  • 7cup
    Alfredo Sauce
  • 1/2cup
    Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1/4cup
    Parmesan Cheese
  • 1tbsp
    Fresh Parsley
  • Salt
  • Pepper

How to make Chicken Alfredo Stuffed Spaghetti Squash

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

  2. Cut the spaghetti squash in half and remove the seeds.

  3. Place the squash halves cut-side down on a baking sheet and bake for 45 minutes, or until the squash is tender.

  4. Let the squash cool for a few minutes, then scrape out the strands with a fork.

  5. In a large bowl, combine the spaghetti squash, chicken, Alfredo sauce, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, parsley, salt, and pepper.

  6. Stuff the spaghetti squash halves with the mixture.

  7. Bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

  8. Serve immediately.
