How to make Cheesy Broccoli and Bacon Casserole
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
Cooking
In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook the smoked bacon until crisp, about 6-8 minutes. Set aside.
In a stock pot over medium heat, boil the water. Once boiled, add the broccoli and blanch for 1 minute. Drain and set aside.
In a mixing bowl, stir together the Alfredo sauce, shredded mild cheddar cheese, shredded mozzarella cheese, paprika, garlic powder, ground nutmeg, salt, and ground black pepper. Set aside.
In a baking dish, add the broccoli and the cheese mixture. Top the casserole with bacon. Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly.
Serve immediately!
