How to make Cheesy Bacon and Egg Breakfast Bake
Prepare the Dough
In a mixing bowl, combine the self-rising flour, 1/2 cup of cheese, and a pinch of salt. Add the natural unflavored yogurt and mix until a smooth dough forms.
On a floured surface, knead the dough gently. Roll it out into a rough rectangular shape.
Assemble and Bake
Line a baking tray with baking paper and press the dough inside until it reaches all the corners.
Top the surface with basil pesto, diced bacon, eggs, halved cherry tomatoes, and the remaining cheese.
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
