- 1 1/2cupsMayonnaise
- 3tbspSpicy Brown Mustard

How to make Cajun Macaroni Salad
Cooking the Pasta
Boil elbow macaroni in 4 quarts of water for 10 minutes.
Strain and coat noodles with olive oil.
Preparing the Dressing
In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, spicy brown mustard, red wine vinegar, salt, ground black pepper, Cajun seasoning, and smoked paprika.
Mix well.
