Ingredients
- 1piececauliflower, cut into florets
- 1cupbreadcrumbs
- 1/2cupflour
- 1/2cupwater
- 1tspgarlic powder
- 1tsppaprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2cuphot sauce
- 1/4cupmayonnaise
- Green onions, chopped (for garnish)
- Sesame seeds (for garnish)
- 1tbspof honey
How to make Bang Bang Cauliflower
Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a bowl, mix together the breadcrumbs, flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
In another bowl, whisk together the water and flour to create a batter.
Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, then coat it in the breadcrumb mixture.
Place the coated florets onto the prepared baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
In a small bowl, mix together the hot sauce, mayonnaise, and honey to create the Bang Bang sauce.
Once the cauliflower is done baking, drizzle the Bang Bang sauce over the top and toss to coat.
Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
Tips & Tricks
For extra crispiness, you can broil the cauliflower for an additional 2-3 minutes after baking.
Adjust the amount of hot sauce to your preferred level of spiciness.
