    Marinara Sauce
  • 2cups
    Mozzarella Cheese, sliced
  • 2tbsp
    Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • Olive Oil, as needed
  • Salt, to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper, to taste
  • Fresh Parsley, to taste

How to make Baked Chicken Parmesan with Pasta

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).

Cooking

  1. Toss the boneless, skinless chicken thighs in olive oil and season with salt and ground black pepper. Place on a sheet pan and bake for 18-20 minutes.

  2. While the chicken is in the oven, cook the pasta and drain.

  3. Slice the mozzarella cheese into 6 slices.

  4. Pour half the marinara sauce over the chicken thighs. Top each with 1 slice of mozzarella and sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese. Bake for another 5 minutes until the cheese is melted.

  5. To a serving dish, add the cooked pasta. Top with the other half of the marinara sauce. Top with the chicken.
