    lamb leg

    white onion

    Italian parsley

    paprika

How to make Lamb kofta

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

  2. In a bowl, mix the black pepper, salt, paprika, cumin, and coriander.

  3. Rub the spice mixture all over the lamb leg.

  4. In a large pan, melt the unsalted butter over medium heat.

  5. Add the minced white onion and cook until translucent.

  6. Add the pine nuts and cook until they are lightly toasted.

  7. Remove the pan from heat and mix in the bread crumbs, Italian parsley, and spring onion.

  8. Spread the mixture over the lamb leg, pressing it down to adhere.

  9. Place the lamb leg in a roasting pan and roast in the preheated oven for 90 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 60°C (140°F) for medium-rare.

  10. Let the lamb rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
