Salad

    lollo rosso
  • 100g
    romaine lettuce
  • 100g
    lollo bionda
  • 1piece
    orange
  • 150g
    red radish
  • 130g
    cherry tomatoes

Dressing

  • 125mL
    grapefruit juice (fresh)
  • 160mL
    olive oil
  • 10g
    Dijon mustard
  • 5g
    white wine vinegar
  • 5g
    honey
  • salt
  • black pepper powder

How to make Mixed Lettuce Salad with Citrus Dressing

Prepare the Salad

  1. Wash and dry the lollo rosso, romaine lettuce, and lollo bionda. Tear them into bite-sized pieces and place them in a large salad bowl.

  2. Peel the orange and cut it into segments. Add the orange segments to the salad bowl.

  3. Thinly slice the red radish and halve the cherry tomatoes. Add them to the salad bowl.

  4. Season the salad with a pinch of salt and white pepper.

  5. Garnish with edible flowers and microgreens.

Prepare the Dressing

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the grapefruit juice, olive oil, Dijon mustard, white wine vinegar, honey, and sugar.

  2. Season the dressing with salt and black pepper powder to taste.

  3. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
