    oatmeal
  • 150mL
    fresh milk
  • 200mL
    yoghurt
  • 100mL
    sour cream
  • 500g
    assorted fruits
  • 195mL
    cream
  • 50g
    raisins
  • 100g
    honey
  • 75g
    granola
  • 50g
    mixed nuts
  • 10piece
    mint leaf
  • 8piece
    apple
  • 50mL
    lemon juice
  • sugar

How to make Fruit and Oatmeal Breakfast Bowl

  1. Chop the assorted fruits and apples into bite-sized pieces.

  2. In a large bowl, mix the oatmeal, fresh milk, yoghurt, and sour cream until well combined.

  3. Add the chopped fruits, raisins, and mixed nuts to the oatmeal mixture.

  4. Drizzle honey and lemon juice over the mixture and stir gently.

  5. Top with granola, mint leaves, and a dollop of cream.

  6. Add sugar to taste if desired.
