How to make Fruit and Oatmeal Breakfast Bowl
Chop the assorted fruits and apples into bite-sized pieces.
In a large bowl, mix the oatmeal, fresh milk, yoghurt, and sour cream until well combined.
Add the chopped fruits, raisins, and mixed nuts to the oatmeal mixture.
Drizzle honey and lemon juice over the mixture and stir gently.
Top with granola, mint leaves, and a dollop of cream.
Add sugar to taste if desired.
Tips & Tricks
For a vegan option, substitute fresh milk, yoghurt, sour cream, and cream with plant-based alternatives.
